Capture your mood daily by selecting the emoji that most closely represents how you are feeling.

Manager Check-Ins

In the new world of hybrid working, managers are more likely to have dispersed teams with some people working from the office and others working remotely. With the rise of workplace flexibility and working from home, managers can lose connectedness with their staff as well as opportunities to pick up on cues about whether someone is ok and respond.

You can trigger a notification to your manager or support personnel by capturing consecutive negative emotions in Mind Pulse. It will prompt a check-in to provide you with the care and support you need.

​

Managers can also use the Calendar feature to proactively monitor the wellbeing of their team, and consult and collaborate with staff about how to better improve workplace wellbeing. When time is often scarce, this handy tool may assist managers to prioritise their check-ins for staff who need it most.

Organisational Pulse

Overall organisational wellbeing can be seen in real-time through the web-based site. All mood captures will be de-identified and anonymously presented to select administrators to provide an organisational pulse at any point in time.

Organisations can use this data to proactively monitor the overall wellbeing of their staff and help them understand when they may need to provide additional support. This may also be useful to incorporate into any existing dashboards monitoring the health and performance of the organisation.
